Hi guys. So this is nearly done. Myself and Raiya have been working hard on this. Basically it is a skin set designed to cater for younger characters and includes an adult variation as well for older characters. It was used in the Growing Up promos (beta stages). The base has no eyebrows and they are applied via LIE presets. What this allows is for any colour to be applied to whatever brow you choose, and also provides a blank template if you want to add in your own.
Here are some feature highlights
-Skin is designed on the base UV.
-Iray and 3DL Presets
-Presets
Young Skin, Adult skin + Adult anatomy (to be used with adult skin only), Eye colour 1-6 (option 6 is greyscale so you can add in any colour you like), Brow overlay 1-7 (male version might have less options), body & facial hair option (male version only)
This will be offered in 3 ways, Female, Male and a Bundle. Here are some test renders. More as we finish this up.

Can't wait, any chance of this being released in the future separately to use inside studio as a non merchant resource like skin builder? And maybe skin overlays for Genesis 3? ;)
It is already designed to be used in Studio. It contains application presets like you see on most characters for those who want to just use them as skin for their characters. I didn't want to just include all the textures where people had to assemble themselves. I spent too much time setting up the shaders:) So it's one click apply for those who don't want to do all the editing. Skin Overlay will be part of the new Skin Builder whenever that gets done...

No. This is not SkinBuilder. This products main aim is to provide skin for younger figures since most adult skin looks wierd on kids, and a clean base for vendors to work from. But, if you can pretty much add in or own colour by changing some colour values or by changing the skintone to greyscale first in Photoshop so any colour added will be more true.
If you are including a PDF, perhaps a few hints at how to adapt to differnt skin tones would be welcome.
BTW, can the no-anatomy set be used on the adult? I find that the adult characters I have bought so far often have anatomy textures but no option for a skin without those details. It is, of course, easy enough to clone-brush them out but the mat preset would be better.
Yes the no anatomy or young skin set can be used on an adult. In essence they are very similar with minor differences to cater for the anatomy areas as well as different nipple textures. The PDF is already done unfortunately. Tips like that will have to be external.

Does the no-anatomy set remove nipple and anatomy in one go or separately? I'd still like the adult females to have nipples, of course.
Nipples are part of the skin on both sets. And yes, I am hoping for a release this month.
This looks good. Defiitely something I can work with and need. The skins look great. Is this MR going to have the same standard - yes to selling as an altered skin, but not for use for freebies? Not that I sell as I just play around, but just curious. Or does the MR mean something else?
Yes to selling, no to freebies. You can release a freebie character that uses the skin presets, but the user will require the product and it's texture files but they my not be freely distributed in any form.

Very nice! The ability to use G2F skins via that add-on from the other site makes it less of a necessity than it would have been a month ago, but these will still go in the cart ASAP!

I love the fact that those eyebrows look so natural! No plucking there which is one of the things that makes using the adult skins so difficult on the youngsters, all those plucked shaped eyebrows. Nice, Zev0! I have a bunch of young skamps just waiting for their skins. Guess I'll have to make more while I'm waiting!
Hi guys..Major changes from my side. Had a meeting with Daz and I am not allowed to sell Youth and Adult skin\options in one package so I am going to have to split this up into a youth and adult Addon. There might be a bit of a delay in production and release. Sorry about this. I will still aim for this month, but I need to basically restructure everything....Will keep you posted as to how things develop. Right now the main resource will be the youth version and the adult stuff will be an addon. Pricewise it will add up the same, just split up. Something like that. I just cannot package them together as one.
