    The terrain is from Gritstone Hills with a combined material from the same set and High Resolution Terrains, from this set comes also the HDRI for the sky and the ambient light, the key light is by the sun.

    The terrain is from Gritstone Hills with a material from the same set. The water is a 2D-Face with my material. The castle is the Valachia Castle by Alan Armstrong. Sky from a CloudSphere and the ambient light by the associated SkySC HDRI. The key light by the sun.

    Horo, wonderfully done terrain.  The texture look real here.

    Elvis, love your lone figure in the foreground.  This feels so cold.  Excellently done.

    Electro-Elvis : fantastic cold scene, the lone figure is a cool idea.

    I also played with the HRT terrains : 3 different terrains from the HRT collection added an image based terrain to mimic a castle ruin, the sky from SRay.

    NGartplay, mermaid010, adbc, Horo: Thank you. I had to use quite a large image size, in order to make the character very small.

    adbc: The terrains look great and the ruins as well. I think your scene is even colder than mine.

    Horo: Good material, impressive clouds and excellent lighting.

    adbc, awesome, secluded base in the mountains.  Looks like the opening to a movie.

    Horo, I love the atmosphere that you used here.  The terrain looks real.
