But you'll be jumping and back and forth from Daz Studio Premier to Daz Studio Free? I don't think it's worth it... For me, Premier pays itself. Only for the the coupons, you 2x$10 plus the bundle Coupon. Tokens become something you probably won't have to worry about anymore in your life... And there's the Daz Studio Premier. But... Everyone knows what's best for themselves...
Not exactly the same: as with any of the similar promotions requiring buying a $1 or more new release, a Daz+ member can buy a new Daz+ item at Daz+ price.

Edit: I checked and Lycan is the first new release to not have the 30% new release discount and was release the last day of October. Items released the next day still have the 30% new discount.

OK, if anyone is interested in getting both Kai 9 & Koa 9 Character Bundles, using the Free Character Bundle coupon is probably not the best way.
Having both bundles plus the 3 addons in carts adds up to $37.67 for me.
Applying the Free Charater Bundle coupon brings the price only down to $30.22.
One bundle is then priced $0.00 but the other bundle plus the addons increase in price.
Using the $10 free DAZ originals instead brings the cart down to $27.67
Intro discount typically lasts 2 weeks.

Can confirm. Now the Free Char Bundle coupon does set one bundle to 0$ without affecting the other prices. So now using that one the cart price goes down to $22.67
It was a bad sale for everyone, including the non-members, because of the products offered, yes. But Premier members got a discount while Daz+ didn't, so it wasn't the same offer. And what was being offered has nothing to do with it.
So can a Premier member, but they also got an extra discount. Which lends to the point raised back in October of Daz+ now being second class membership which some people try to argue wasn't true.

My reaction was to the part of your message describing Daz+ members as being almost third class citizen: Daz+ members are not queens and kings of the discount anymore, but they are not beggars either.
well, i had a couple of the new bundles in my cart, overpriced, but one was free with my Premier coupon, had both and the required add-on for $18 ... but then decided I've spent enough and bought just the free bundle, deleted the rest. Great sale, zero dollars for a 5 item bundle. I bought the female, even though I need males in my library, but nothing in the bundle, including the male, really interested me. Koa looks like Genghis to me.
I think he was supposed to be a Maui stand-in, given Moana 2 opens on the 27th and the gal from today is obviously the title character. I liked the guy okay and might get him someday when much cheaper... but I don't think the likeness was particularly close. Might've bumped it up a bit if it had been, but oh well.
Look at the outfit for the girl. Including the necklace. There is absolutely *no way* that's coincidental.

if you use the coupon for the items presented, and happen to have tokens, you can get pretty decent amount off if you add any 6 items , at least for this segment of the sale. it seems the offer changes a bit each time, at least so far. I'm getting 91% off on each item.
To me in the main promo, plus the next several (the briefs only renders to show off the full morph/skin), Koa 9 looks more like a Random Buff White Dude than a Pacific Islander. I am talking about promos on the character only page, not the bundle/add-on pages, to be clear.
Yes, it's not true of other promos on this page - but most of those include tattoos and possibly with at least 1 other morph dialed in. Probably the Premier Kanoa?
I prefer the character promos with one render showing characters made from the base figure mixed with others and labeled (e.g., Koa+50% Michael 9, Koa + 50% Genghis 9, Koa + 70% Lawrence 9)
Its not the best of the best deals, but has some items I had on my wishlist for a long time and rarely ever see discounted.
So unimpressed with this sale. Hardly anything on my wishlist included, discounts not tempting unless your goal is simply Buy Many Things, & a number of items were on sale for considerably less last week as Doorbusters &/or Premier FaD. And I swear I've seen certain selections multiple times.
