An experiment with a Klein Bottle David Brinnen made  in Wings3D about 16 years ago. I cut two of them with a cube in half so the inside is visible. The material used is just glass (transparency 80, refraction 153) and a bit of diffuse, the ground plane on which they stand has a bit of reflection. I rendered the scene with 4 different HDRIs to see how the results differ. Not an artwork as such.

    Horo, very cool object renders!!
Mermaid, very cool renders as well!!

it's been a bit since i've finished anything in bryce. very happy that i went thru with completing this one, even if positioning the unicorn was annoying lol.

Horo - loved the Steven Ray with a modified material from 50 Metals and the Terrains

Mermaid - the Funky Objects IcosTwistedLoop3 and PortedCubeGrip1 are very cool

    Nvllcasting - nice Unicorn scene

Me - just a quickie, a couple of terrains, a raptor, a tree, and a sky. Render was updated in Topaz Studio to bring the details and colours out.

Thank you Past as Future, good to see you here.

Trees and bushes are partly from Vegetation and partly self made. The clouds are by the CloudSphere7 with adjusted colours from the Sky Toolbox. The water is the ground plane with my own material and the key light by the sun. No HDRI for the ambient light.

Horo, the object renders are great. In my view it is an artwork. And original take on a silhouet-type render with the trees.

nvllcasting; lovely render, could be a book illustration.

Bunyip02, very nice terrains and interesting set-up.

Mermaid, truely wonderful view of the Gritstone hills!

Inspired by Mermaid's colourful render of the funky objects on the previous page, I decided to go for colour and abstract again. The two renders are from the same scene, set-up and position, but the first one is panoramic and the second one perspective. That last one looks like a space render to me. I used one of the HDRIs from the Fantastic skies and an odd world object from Matcreator in two different glass cubes (one around the other, both angled differently and the outer one with some reflection). A few spherical lights were in the cubes too and one of them inside another one that had a crystalline texture. The last set of lights is the celestial object to the right in the second render.

Hansmar - thank you. Two nice abstracts, the object on the second reminds me of a spider.

The terrains were self made and given materials from the High Resolution Terrains 1, 2, 3 sets. The water is a 2D-Face and given my water material. Sky and ambient light by an HDRI from High Resolution Terrains 3 and the key light by the sun.

The terrain was made from an earlier made abstract-render and given a new self made material. It is with the camera within a partly transparent and partly reflecting sphere. Light and color by an unpublished HDRI and some additional light by the sun.
