Not sure about anyone else, but I'd absolutely buy both worm products! The Wormbeast looks like a reptilian Audrey 2 and deliciously obscene. And if it can be scaled up/down, it has a whole ton of uses.
Jo, your creations are seriously beautiful and were a big part of why I got your Biosquad creations and, especially, liquid pack (and why I will be getting your Baryolax). I even lament the creation in your icon isn't available for G2F!

My Icon, Beatrix. I had to remove it from my gallery because she’s nude but you can check her on my Deviant art.
But right with geo grafted she could be great on Genesis 2 Female.
And thanks for your encouragements. That means a lot to me.
Between yourself, Sickle and Raw, I'm looking forward to 2015 with fresh hope for Lovecraftian horrors in the store! I can only imagine the possibilities for interacting them all with the HD human characters we now have...
I was wandering if you guys prefer standalone creature or morph for Genesis? Because I prefer making Standalone but I also want to make what would be the most useful.
both have their advantages and disadvantages
certainly many Poser users prefer standalone
a clone is certainly handy though too if Sickleyield makes one
I just like to know ahead
I see. Well I guess if the creature is humanoid enough I’ll go for morph, if it’s too crazy I’ll go for standalone. That way I can really control the topology to help accentuate the detail like with Baryolax.
Either is fine with me, although Genesis 1 and Genesis 2 do offer the potential of Creature Creator morphs and combining them with a creature product can be a big selling point (and would instantly give users the ability to alter things like the size and sharpness of the teeth) and I think access to those wonderful skins you've made, to use with other Genesis 1/2 monsters, would be a huge bonus. Also, G2F's Succubus Add-On has a reptilian serpent's trunk which would be impressive to combine with this creature's upper body. A Genesis 1 or 2 creature would also be easier for people to try auto-fitting clothes, armour and props/weapons to (and people would be able to use all the posing sets they already have).
I'd buy it, no matter what, though. I'm assuming a stand-alone would be the easiest to make the creature look as you, the designer, intended.
These all look awesome, that and poser compatibility make it an instant sale from me. book marked so I know when it comes out. and looking forward to the expansion and the next critter too.
Things already seem to be decided, but just for the sake of completeness I would like to add that I would jump on the wonderfully nasty worm creature as fast as it would jump on it's unsuspecting victims :D
Of course, Baryolax looks pretty cool, too, can't wait for his release.
While I prefer morphs for existing characters as they add versatility I'll still be picking this, especially as I've been needing something like this as an illustration for a tabletop RPG I'm running. I do wish it had a Geiger-esque skin texture but it's still great!
For anyone interested in playing around with something like that (or basing something on it), Raw Art's store has the 'Gigalien'. It's meant for V4/M4, but the skin texture fits great on Genesis 1 (which is what I got it for). I doubt it'll fit for Genesis 2, but if anyone has any Genesis 1-based creature characters with a need for something Giger-inspired, I'd recommend that.
This looks really cool. I would jump at getting it, but there have been so many standalone figures that I have in my Runtimes that have been released and abandoned that I'm hesitant to get another one. I don't mean to be a Negative Nelly, it's just that I would love some extra expansion packs to help personalize a standalone figure before I get it.
I mean, Brute X and Lycanthropos are great examples of standalone figures with a great set of support packages. There are morphs, clothes, sets of armor, and textures to really round out the figures and make it something I can use that might not look like something in someone else's gallery.
I'll probably still get it, but just thought I'd throw in my two cents as to why I might not be picking it up tonight...
Don’t worry about support for Baryolax guys. I’ve already started to work on the expansion pack featuring great new morphs and textures and I’ll also make a cool armor for him. Stay tune for more…

So many projects, so little time. It’s a good thing I only sleep about 2 hours every night because of sleep disorder.
I think a LOT of us in this profession have some kind of sleep disorder. I get four to seven most nights myself.

Here’s a quick render to show Baryolax’s tongue posing capabilities.
That's why I don't hang out in the monster lair in my lingerie, I tell you what.
That's some very nice rigging work!
Thanks
Impressive! I don't recognise that saliva drool from your liquid pack. Is it something included?
Also, any estimation on when this would be released?
I made the saliva for this particular image.
I’m still waiting for a release date to be confirmed by the DAZ team. Should be at any moment now.

Definitely would pick up the worm beast. Perhaps some worm spawn as well. You can never have enough small menacing creatures.

Yah, a Giger style skin would be nice. I’ll keep that in mind for the expansion.

oh, man, I was hoping this would be released for this weekend! =-) I'm getting antsy. HEH.
Finally guys, I have a release date.
Baryolax should be released on Halloween.
Best Halloween ever! Especially since it's also payday!
Now, there's irony!
yeah! It is...
I'm stoked to hear it. I've been looking in the store daily, to find the cool beastie, only to find. Mei Lin. I so want the Baryolax!

;)
Let's hope Sickleyield and co can get the idea they mentioned earlier going, then. ;)
As for me, I love predatory stuff like this when it's well made. Purchased it immediately, now that I have the available money!
