    Tried setting G3 Skin Translucency to 0.2

    Thank you. I seldom set out with anything in mind and just let whatever happens, happen. The story advances in my head as I add, remove, or move something, or even just moving the camera can lead to something else. My renders are seldom static and I always see another story unfold even when I haven't looked at a scene for a while.

    Working with Squirrels setting up poses and changing the LAMH hair to fibermesh. It isn't easy when you are trying to get a look at an eye and the squirrel gets inquisitive.

    Lol Even when I DO start with something in mind it inevitebly changes and morphs as I work on it, many times, evolving into something that isn't even recognizable as the original idea.  Many renders are sparked when I am just browsing through my stuff or when I am working on converting things etc.

    It is always the same, sit down to a picnic, the sun comes out and the flies appear.

    I did this one, started as a quickie but took longer than I had hoped. The only light is from the Milky Way HDRI in the dome.

    Through the Wood and Deaddy Bear.

    This is one I have been working on while the Deaddy Bear one was rendering. The large clouds are ones from my collection that I photographed myself. I took them into Photoshop and cut them out, saved them as a .png file with a transparent background and put them on planes. The small clouds are from Stonemasons Winter Terrains. There is also a sphere with volume set and I used clouds for the Cutout so that it was in patches. Lighting is Sun and Sky set to 07:30 set to Scotland and I turned the dome so the sun was behind the camera.

    Castle in the mists is wonderful!  What a great idea (and probably very satisfying to you as an artist) to be able to use your own cloud photos in the mix.  The render is poster worthy.

    Great background pics.  Now I feel like I've had a mini vaca, lol.  It is difficult if not impossible to tell that the character is a 3D addition to the photo - very realistic.

    Thank you. The rock ones are the hardest to get right as the shadow from the legs and feet kept appearing under her rear which meant she looked as if she was floating in the air laugh
