    Please submit a ticket in this case for refund it is accounted department can't do for you  but you can keep the copy after of course as you was one of the contestant , you can explain the reason of refund that you was not patience hahahaha  just kidding , tell them you getting free copy of this product as part of the MEC4D contests in the DAZ forum and you purchased by mistake

    I hope nobody else do it as DAZ will get MAD at me today for a change hahaha

    Yes the price is serious MAD you can't get this collection for this nowhere and as surprise I keep it at the same value as the last vol.2 plus MAD discount so definitelly a DMB , I hope you enjoy it

    Thanks Wendy heart , Marketing did good job , it is like a final delivery day after 3 months of productions and finally it is LIVE ! I am so excited as you all are , preparing myself to see some creative work in the days to come

    I can't quite tell from the promos. Are there any wood shaders in this pack? I was looking forward to some sexy wood. (I know you're doing a wood pack later)

    Thank you Rhiannon , the are left just some in the Construction folder but not the one that coming just the rough bare wood but not for floors so sorry no sexy woods for you today but I am working on the next volume just with woods that are really awesome covering everything possible made of wood , it will be huge pack also, the reason I split it in last moment and added hundreds more , that is once time in life production  so have to be super perfect .

    and when you start using the new pack I will suggest to do that from the My Library folder and not via Smart Contest , big pack like that does not work proper with SC , it will be much easy to follow the folder category

    >>>Giggle<<<   you managed to make me smile at this hour .. it is 4:14 AM here ..working on Pure Metals Merchant Resource rendering a lot of cards for the shaders  and will continue until DAZ office get open.. I think it is 1:18 am there so still way to go .. I sent message already

    Thanks ! , vol.2 is huge extension to vol.1  so strong duo for daily renders  and I am using both in all my work too .. and having a lot of fun making it my own and unique look with,  like no others , that's what make us Artists , 100 renders of the same set don''t move nobody after all but your personal touch on it will so you can say You made it !

    Me. Too! The set looks phantastic, but I didn't upgrade DS yet and do not know if Iray works on my Mac at all (I mean, without a render time of several hours)...

    I just want you to have it in your DAZ account for eventual updates in the future as you never know when something change in DS 

    or when I vanish ..Who will send you reset link when your HD give up lol  I hope not but you know I am  thinking forward

    Thank You ! Yeah I will recomend to upgrade to 4.9 since the SSS changed in last version so fabric, cloth , volumetric food and waters may render different than set up  , some materials like Metals can be rendered with fast Internactive mode , volumetric like glass or waters not , I still believe [ I am sure ] Iray render so much faster than Uber Enviorment and my shaders render fast, easy setup , correct PBR without things that are not needed for fast calculations .  I am not Mac user so can't guess your potential on that but I can make you sure you can't render faster any other shaders especially on CPU
