    Yes, could be that they temporary take them away during the punch card system, that they've used before during the holiday time.

    But then DAZ should have let us know and changed the token page  instead of continuing to state a two week expiration time.

    IIRC DAZ stopped tokens for the Holiday sales last year. However, the token page still says they expire after 2 weeks. So, if DAZ is stopping them on the 20th (ie in less than 2 weeks) they need to let us know and change the token page. 

    Last time they stopped offering tokens, they were just one of the various sales gimmicks they'd introduced. Now they're one of the advertised benefits of a paid subscription. I wonder if they've consulted with their legal advisors about the implications of this.

    I keep trying to put some items in my cart since yesterday by the artist "VanishingPoint" and then when I click on the item - I get the oops page. I have Ju-87 Stuka for DAZ Studio in the cart ...can I still buy this? I don't want to purchase these in cart if they are not actually available, it is like they were going inactive at the same time placed in my cart.  The last thing I want to have to do is put in a ticket for an item I never received

    Is there a way to contact VanishingPoint?

    Why are there inactive products in my wishlist as well as in the store?

    And it seems DAZ Tokens and + Membership coupons don't work together.  I tried it with my cart today. I can apply the 6,- coupon. But the moment I add tokens, I'm told the coupon is not valid. I somehow feel cheated, because I payed with my membership for this coupon and nowhere it says that DAZ+ coupons can't be used together with tokens. Will not renew my DAZ+ membership next month.

    After applying tokens, you still need to have at least $18 worth of eligible products in your cart to use the $6 out of $18 coupon and it's the same for the $6 coupon.

    It's best to apply the tokens first, to check if you still have at least the correct amount of eligible products, and then, you can add the coupon.

    Also, off the top of my head, if there is free eligible products in your cart, the system will apply part of your coupons on them, wasting that part.

    Thanks, Richard. I asked  so I would know whether or not we would need to submit help tickets. If DAZ is going to fix it I won't submit a ticket. Anyway I imagine the help system is already overwhelmed  with tickets because of the Anniversary Sale and the problems with Premier membership.

    Correct. The Premeir for a Day items do not stack with other discounts including tokens.

    Correct. The Premeir for a Day items do not stack with other discounts including tokens.

    Thank you so much for the replyheart, so it was the correct discount then, good to know, saves me being annoyed over it being incorrect lol. It is not totally uncommon for sales to have incorrect discounts so I thought this was just another bug. I'll try to start reading more carefully the fineprint.

     I had noted earlier that around 100 VanishingPoint products had become inactive. I don't understand the reasoning for removing a PA's products during the PA Sale, while being a featured artist, no less. Something similar happened a few years ago when DAZ culled several PAs' entire stores during the PA Anniversary sale, even a couple I had in my cart at the time. Must be a left hand / right hand thing...

    They are revamping all the core character bundles. Instead of having a Pro and a Starter bundle. They now have a Character bundle and an Add-on bundle. The Character bundle is sometimes identical to the old Starter bundle. 

    The old bundles didn't have Pro and Starter and instead had a bit different bundles. In Joans case it was a Defender bundle, a Legacy bundle, and then a High-Elf add-on bundle. Defender and Legacy have been merged into the new Character bundle and the new Add-on is identical to the old High elf add-on. Why they changed the price I don't know, but they probably did it while they were changing bundles anyway. All old bundles will probably disappear one day.

    Reason for why they are doing this I don't know. I did notice though that the free monthly Premier bundle is a Character bundle. Maybe it has something to do with that. Get a free Character bundle and then you have to buy the Add-on if you want to complete it with all items.

    My post was about two bundles (old one and revamped, I'm guessing) having exactly the same content but different base prices. So you can buy one cheaper than the other, even though the content of the bundle is the same.

And while they're changing the bundle stucture they are changing the price structure too. looks like most Add-on bundles cost $89.99 now. The older and more expensive high elf add-on bundle will probably be removed in the future.

    I cut the paragraphs as they were lengthy and explaining things that weren't pertinent to my question. I agree, you answered, but "I don't know" is not much of an answer, especially that I wasn't asking why anywhere in my post to which you gave an answer anyway ;). I was highlighting it to the mods, because two exactly the same product have different prices (no matter the reason why), and that leads to potentially unhappy customers and raised amount of tickets.

  • In the last two days I have noticed several products that are not marked as owned even though I have bought them ( and I can find them in the order confirmation, as well as in the account products list ). I would like this fixed, as it requires basically to re-check each product I want to place in the cart, to avoid buying it twice.

    Try clearing your DAZ cookies. This has helped others before.

    This ad is not true. There is no free BIOME today. There is an HDRI available at no extra cost if you purchase a specific product. There is a new MartinJFrost UltraScenery2 BIOME, but it is not free under any circumstances. This ad should be corrected.

    Buying the two new DAZ+ items together does not give the extra 30% off advertised in the newsletter. Please fix.
