Likewise, received it at 22:20 yesterday, quite heartbreaking.
And today there is a message about a limited time freebie - Millarose for Genesis 8 Female. Straight away I follow the instructions - no sign of the freebie. I'm really getting fed up with money off, discounts and freebies that don't work. Why do they bother with these offers if they don't actually work? Some people seem to be able to get them, but not others. It's starting to get really annoying!

Hmm. Sounds like they're saying some of us got orange banner offers that we weren't supposed to. If we were supposed to get those deals, surely they would offer them again if the issues have been resolved.
Ah, well. The $5 off thing was nice for people who saw it in time.

It would be nice if they made good on these offers, rather than just saying they got it wrong! It's called customer service!
Have you tried submitting a ticket about the issue?
They can't do anything about it if they don't know you got a faulty banner.

It is the DAZ+ monthly freebie; so, only free for DAZ+ members.
I checked, and it wasn't on the page at first, is now so, okay.

The code for the shopping cart is in the description, you will still be asked for cc info however as long as the total is at zero, the card will not be charged. It's just the way their system works for paid items free with coupons.
eta: This has happened a few times now for different items so must be another quirk of the cart. After one has purchased the free item, it's in their 'library' and can be downloaded -- but it's still in the cart lol ... so click the little trashcan to get it out of the shopping cart.

For the month of August the Rendo newsletter limited time freebie is a WWII PT boat. Sorry can't post a link.
Hmm. I get quite a few e-mails from Rendo, 4/5 per month, but the one I don't get is the newsletter with the freebie. Strange that.

Well, the link I saw was in standard e-mail, buried about 7/8 of the way down the page. Easy to miss. You used to have to sign up for the newsletter, not sure if that is still the case.
