I've seen Florida spiders do that. Hundreds of them lurking in their webs strung between trees. Big spiders, legspread like the size of your hand, and body the size of half a cigarette. Dozens, or hundreds of them arrayed in three dimensions in the sky between trees. Did I mention they were big? I mean really big. Actually very common out in the cow pasture fields where two or more palm or other trees stand close enough to each other. One learns to not walk into them, but usually the cows wander through and keep the lower 4 or 5 feet clear of them. Just enough that the lowest ones are aimed right at your face. I'm sure their original design was to catch Pteradactyls but now satisfy themselves with bovines and low flying aircraft.

Out in the high reeds that grow along the shoreline IN the river here, one can find what are some large spiders for this area. I don't know what their intended prey is, I think of them as bird spiders. Smaller than a T. but larger than a dock spider. They'll build their traps inbetween the tall reeds, I consider them as "detour" signs ;-)

I always like taking an image and adding some concept to it that takes it to another level. Can you imagine living in a world where your dreams somehow affected your external manifestation? Like, say, being covered in paint like this woman is. Some people would be covered in black and white paint. Some in blood-red paint. Some with smears or swirls, or stripes, or geometric shapes, and our inner workings would be on display for the whole world to see. What would this world be like then?
