That looks really amazing!
well i'm having problems with the Daz Studio 1 and daz studio 2 version
when dealing with polygons that have more than 4 sides
for example i get a poly, marked as having 5 edges, but when i try to access edges[] it's not there
i'll leave it at that for now and publish all 4 new versions incessantly

I want to thank you Casual for your script. I have been creating some spline objects and using your script to uv map them for a better result. Getting good results, consistent and reliable. Here are some of the things I have made so far. Thank you so much for this "little" script. Love it!
welcome, glad it gets used ! i used it a few times too
similar to this, recently i added mcjPlanarUV and mcjSpericalUV
https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts4/mcjplanaruv
https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts4/mcjsphericaluv
this hat was re-UVed using mcjSpherical ( with the camera at the center of the hat )
I will have to take a look at them.
Thanks for this! I also have a prop that desperately needs a proper UV map. Will give this a shot. :-)
there was also mcjPlanarUV and mcjSphericalUV
they were not added to the main index pages but are

Actually, All that part of the prop needed was to use MCJBoxUV to export a decent template. Then I could texture it properly. I also used MCJLathe to create a new base for the prop. So Easy to use!!! :-) I've released it as a freebie on ShareCG. The announcement is here:
