LOL.  I am actually hoping Daz will be my retirement job, though some days I work so hard I wonder how restful it will be! smiley

I think so.  I asked Daz to give a discount for current users, but it is their decision so I don't know for sure.

I think you will love it.  This is almost a complete rewrite.  I also spent a lot of time making sure they would work for all kinds of characters.  However, there is not a lot of conformity about what to call the chest or abdomen, unlike the head surprise.  If you find a character that do not move those, let me know and I will try and update it.

Does this mean it will work better at looking at the camera? The current version is sometimes a bit off, as I think you are aware (not a massive problem as moving the sliders a little fixes it) - but I just wondered if there was any progress in that area.

Thank you for trying heart - that would be nice! I was a little late grabbing the original (I finally got it after reading so many people saying it was one of their most-used products) and it has rapidly become one of my most-used too.

Insta-buy for me. I use this all the time. It is amazing how just a slight turn of the head can transform a picture.

BTW Your promo pics are classic!

No, that part has not changed.  I tried something different but I was not sure it was better so I went back to the old way.

That is great to hear.  I love it but it is nice that others like it too.

Yup.  Also, it is amazing just making the eyes focus on a point.  I see so many images with the vacant, 1000 yard stare that would be improved with just one click!

LOL.  I loved doing that main promo.  I got a big chuckle out of it. laugh

  • Will I need to deinstall the first one before installing this one?  (As Yoda would say:  "There is no if, only buy".  Or something like that).

No, they can live side by side.

This may sound really dumb, but I'm not sure what it means by "last node selected" in one of the pop-ups above. Is a node selected by clicking on a character's part, such as a hand? Or, would I have to use the node selection tool? (It's in the pop-up describing the Look At That feature.)

So if you purchase the new one you can choose to use either one as needed?

RiverSoftArt - Your products are consistently amazing, but while I have your attention, can I ask why the default for "Look At Me" is "Move Eyes Independently?"

always uncheck this option because it seems like it would give wonky and non-realistic results?

A node is anything in the scene pane.  You can click on the hand or you can click on the hand bone/node in the scene pane.  So to have the character look at his hand, you click the character and then ctrl/cmd click the hand.
