In the last few months we lost hdd, router and few pen drives decided to stop working. I come to conclusion that our electrical wireing is hunted, since lights also work at random

You need a good UPS. APC's UPS's regulate the voltage so that spikes and dips don't get to your computer, they provide smooth power, as well as protection from severe spikes and power outages.
