I got the Hiro pro bundle and I fell asleep so it is not all downloaded.

    Now I cannot post

We went to a BBQ by the river this morning to honour the racing horses. I forgot to charge my mobile and I couldn't post cos the batteries ran out :)

TIL the difference between a principality, which has Princes, and a Kingdom, which has Kings. But there are Kingdoms that have Princes and Kings - and Queens, which is us apparently. The Prince in town to give away horse racing prizes today is one of those, his mum is the Queen. There is no King. It all sounds amazingly complicated and TMI.

*idly wonders where princesses fit in*

Got a bit of a tropical storm happening, thundercracks like heavy surf on a beach of luminous grey and roiling clouds.

The rain came and the wind blew and storm stormed and now it is all quiet under a darkening sky streaked a little violet in the setting sun.

My tummy is not a happy camper today. All rumble and tumble with deep grumbles tossed in for good measure. Staying home, not venturing far from safety today.

    ELECTRICITY is BACK on !!!

got the power, took a shower yeah yeah

omg, 6 days with no electricity. lost power Monday around 4:00, came back on Sunday night.

    no internet at home.

lamest Halloween ever. wahhhh in the dark, under the covers.

me and my doggy singing christmas carols. he may have been whining cuz i was hurting his ears, lol. but it felt like he was singing with me.

the house owner's buddy brought a few gas cans from Pennsylvania. he ran the generator a couple hours in the evenings. enough to keep the fridgerator food from totally spoiling and revv the heat up for a couple hours.

ate bread rolls, poptarts and potato chips for a few days. the bagel place got power back last Friday so i was able to get hot coffee. it was cold by the time i walked all the way home with it. but it was gooood,

Been succesful avoiding the snifle horrors till now, but I've still manny monhs to endure the winter terrors, so I'm traditionally contemplating the Polarbear winter nap trick, or at least during the worst moments, but I plan euphoric outbursts in 2 months selabrating longer days, to get ready for lots of summer fun, so I'll be armed to battle my next winter depressions, etc,,

Have a warm one on me,,,,

And now some further extensive complaining,,,,,

I must admit that the title of this thread is updated in the sense that the complaint already is included in the title, but,,, the seriousness of the complaint is highly disturbing, and should be compensated in due time, as in instantly,, not by me though, I'm just fit to be soberly rational on the serious side of being sensible,,, :P
