Realistic footwear included in outfits for women

I see so many really good active outfits for woman that have unrealistic footwear. A woodland huntress outfit with high heeled shoes? An assassin/agent type outfit with 6 inch heels? Would it be that hard to include low heeled boots with the set? I would buy it for sure in that case and I feel many others would also.

This has been brought up a billion times and will probably be brought up a billion more.
I just moved my hand away from the 'put in cart' with a recent outfit that was somewhat skimpy but looked like something I could work with until I noticed the warrior's stiletto heels. mmph.
So far, no one has created a quality pair of ballerian flats for G3. Something like http://www.daz3d.com/pretty-basics-ballerina-flats.
These are for Genesis - http://www.daz3d.com/ballerina-assembly-kit - you might be able to make them fit. I fit them to G2F. You may need to fit the to G2F first and then fit them to G2F.
I'm one that has mentioned it, and who avoids anything with heels (unless it's likely to be worn with such), and have bought some with flats.
Heels sell - presumably because those concerned either don't know or don't care that running/fighting/climbing over rocks would likely get a person killed or injured.
Hadn't seen those, but there are a pair with an outfit for G2; they mostly fit ok to G3. There are issues though.

Oh, and Matty, just found your Deviant Art page, some great renders there. :)
No..No we don't. Most of the time we care about what looks good, not what might have good arch support. If I want to worry about stuff like that I'll hang with the other old lady's and knit. Frankly, if we are going to go with realism then everyone would be wearing practical pants and shirts for outdoors and hunting. Art would be deadly dull if it was predicated that everything be "realistic".
Thanks Mattymanx. I have tried converting the flats I mentioned. The toes come out rough and there are distortions when the toes are bent. We really need some good G3 ballerina flats.
I saw that during the last six months, maybe beginning with Olympia 7's release, there were far more practical, low heeled shoes in the adventure outfits than before, and I am glad about that. It looks as if vendors took their customer's complaints serious – and there have been many complaints before about those high heels.
I suppose it's a good thing we all don't like the same thing; heels for me tend not to look good, although there are exceptions (I'm talking real-life).
And it is easy to be critical of what others like, especially when we ourselves (namely me) doesn't like it. I'm pretty sure I'm as likely as anyone to produce something not-real, but in a different way; but I'll do it becuase I like it.
I suppose as a strory teller, I like what I'm trying to convey, to be believable; it is more important than real, as sometimes what is real is very unbelievable. Heels don't tick the believable box for me. But I should suck it up and stop whining. (I do like to whine though.)
