Grand staircase will not install

Hi folks, I recently purchased the Grand staircase, it is an older file as it's icon looks like an old floppy disc.(With a Daz emblem)
I have clicked on many times, it highlights blue yet does nothing,
I have checked it's properties, it contains 29.8 mb and seems fine.
I got a reset for it and still the same.
Any ideas?
I have opened older files before.
The cafe is closing, so I have to go, yet, any ideas would be appreciated.
