Filtering for parameters and fields

Most parts of DAZ studio allows for searching of parameters and fields, whereby the categories they're in get highlighted in the dropdowns to the left.

However, since I have a higher DPI monitor, it becomes very difficult for me to see whether or not a category has been highlighted as it uses normal and italics.

Is there some way to change the emphasis? Such as a different color or larger text?
