For the sake of realism, we could really use hair that is suitable for situations where figures are doing more than simply standing around. Hair applicable to situations like falling, flying, hanging upside down, or no gravity, etc. Especially when you're wanting to use longer hair. Right now you're pretty much out of luck with those scenarios.

Although it's hard to see from the promo pics, Sylphiad Hair ( http://www.daz3d.com/sylphiad-hair ) is pretty floaty, it might work for falling/flying/no gravity. It's for V3/A3/S3, and I think there are fits available for some other figures, but could probably be adapted to other figures that it doesn't have fits for.
V4 Upside-Down hair ( https://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/?item_id=45000 ) works for upsdide down poses, and it's free.
I miss some hair products that don't work in Daz any more. Cecile hair and Starlet hair for V3 are a couple of examples. Cecile was purchased at Renderosity and none of the hair controls show up in Daz, so you can't fix anything.
But simple, straight hair like Cecile and Starlet are something I miss.
What isn't working in Starlet Hair?
A need is an "upside down" morph when A figure is bending forward or hang upside down.
Yeah, I was thinking about extreme poses due to a set I had in mind, but yeah, simple stuff like bending over is difficult to pull off without very short hairstyles.
Esidor Hair http://www.daz3d.com/esidor-hair and Laguna Naoko Hair http://www.daz3d.com/laguna-naoko-hair-for-genesis-3-female-s-genesis-2-female-s-and-victoria-4 are good for an upside down position.
That Esidor Hair is pretty good. Now to figure out what hairstyle it would look like when the character is in a normal position.
