Product that will Fix This?

I'm fairly new to Daz Studio. Most of the morphs I have are for Genesis 1 figures, however I don't seam to have a morph to help Genesis knees. They don't seam to taper right at the knee and instead look thick and strange at the bend. Is there a morph pack out there that will fix this?

I have some lovely Genesis 1 characters but this strange thickness/non-taper is ruining a lot of my renders. Are there any morphs out there that will fix this?

I was curious when I saw your posted images,  cause I figured having used Genesis quite a bit I'd have noticed those bloated kness.  Those non tapered knees are not part of genesis base,  but something introduced by whatever morph you applied.   You might be able to dial it away.

Genesis with Victoria 5 morph more or less the same leg pose.

Umm, no. Try it without the Victoria Morph. My Genesis looks quite different. This is Genesis "Basic Female" without any morphs:

It's the same with the base Genesis figure as well:

Compare with Genesis 2, who's knee bend looks better:

I'm hoping there is a morph or something out there that will help with it. I think the G1 knee bend looks pretty bad, imo.

You make a good point.  I don't have these morphs,  but they may be helpful for you.  It is unclear if they'll help fix the bloated knees though:

Ah Thank you! I'll give that a try! :) Hopefully it will go on sale soon. I wouldn't want to pay full price just in case it doesn't fix the issue. lol :)

    Thanks again!

What version of DS are you on?

With Genesis selected check "Currently Used" in the Parameters tab and see if any unexplained (and probably free) morphs are in use.

I'm using Daz Studio 4.9. Not the latest version that came out a week or two ago, but the one directly before the latest version.

I have the same issue with Genesis right "out of the box" - meaning straight up Genesis female with zero morphs.

Yep that's how I understood you but I had a freebie morph set for Genesis that applied one morph by default when I loaded a fresh Genesis and you have said elsewhere that you've downloaded a number of freebies so if you haven't already then there is no harm in checking Currently Used next time you load Genesis. It may well not be the problem but at least you've eliminated one possibility.
