No-Navel Geograft or prop

I have a very nice second skin zippered catsuit for V3, except for the fact that the grometry of the navel messes it up. As far as i can see, this problem has not been addressed in the 4 generatons of figures that followed.

A morph doesn't help because all that geometry is still there and the morph dosn't fix the UV map.

So, could we have a geograft or prop that allows a second skin to cross the area of the navel without distortion?
