Make these special sales simpler please

I feel like I'm always jumping through hoops to make these sales work for me, and they seldom do. I am busy and sometimes miss the quick grabs, or stuff I'm not interested or already have is on sale.
Meanwhile I have like 95 items in my wishlist and would buy a bunch of them if I could just buy in bulk and get a decent discount.
Why not simplfy things and have something like spend $200, get 20% off, $300 get 30% off, etc. Help us out here, the sales seem to get more and more complicated ands its a PITA if you ask me.

I agree. I usually avoid most sales because I get tired just reading the "conditions."
I also agree. I've basically just been skipping the elaborate sales.
It would be nice to even know what's on sale, I'm all the time coming across these crazy good deals while searching for other stuff that doesn't show up as being on sale anywhere, you just have to stumble upon it to have even found it in the first place.
Same with some free items. They don't show-up in the sort-order (low to high), or even show in the catalog at-all. You can find them by visiting other items, and they show-up in the other items on similar pages. Found about a dozen items like that.
Yeah, I noticed that too about some freebies.
Another thing, I've gotten in the habit of just adding my entire wishlist to my cart, to see what is on sale. It will then calculate any "special rules" which may be in effect, which you won't see otherwise. I've found some almost missed deals this way before, but its a pain when you have a long wish list.
Of course the worst is when you buy something for 30% off and 2 days later its 70% off. There should be some price match grace period when that happens. Seems like a real slap in the face sometimes. I mean technically, we have 30 days to return something, no questions asked, so you would think they would price match for a certain time period.
I think they will credit you the difference if the price changes within 30 days of you buying something.
Really?!?
Son of a ... I had been relying on low to high sorting to catch them. grr
