Fraternity House

I may be in the minority here but I would love to see a fraternity house.  Wouldnt need to build an entire interior just the common room.  There is already so much school related content in regards to clothing and a fraternity scene would provide a nice backdrop.

    Massive piles of dirty laundry and unmade beds...and some sort of creature living in the refrigerator.

    Dont forget the beer keg, greek lettering throughtout the house and maybe a spot for the fraternity rituals?

    You can probably just kit bash that all together pretty easy, simple planes for greek lettering, or there's also a 3D text kit on DAZ, there's plenty of rundown house type stuff. I think someone even made a bee pong set.

    BTW, you could probably use something like ironman13's Club Apocalypse. I see that it's got beer kegs and a grungy basement, DJ equipment, perfect frat house basement setup.

    I don't see if for sale at DAZ, but its on Renderosity pretty cheap.

    How about the "Kneipsaal" of a German Fraternity. They are much more to look at

    That makes me think of the movie Beerfest, you just need the Glass Boot and some leiderhosen!
