The closest I could find was the OOT one for G2F over at Rendo...nothing closer for G3F, although that style would pretty easy to do with LAMH.

It has the length, but is slightly wavy, and you'd need to use it as prop hair as it's for V4/Genesis, but it's the only one I can think of with that length and the bangs.

http://www.daz3d.com/fiends-forever-long-fringe-hair may also work. It has the bangs, and you can turn the limits off on the length dials under styling. You'll also need to use the bend dials in the rHairFront/lHairFront bones of the hair to move the tips in/out against the body (pic attached). I also set the collision iterations so the front of the hair pulled out of the body once I adjusted those bend dials. It is for G2F, so again, prop hair method.

You can also turn the limits off on AdjustFrontOutR/L to get the front behind the body as in the picture you posted. The bangs are attached to that bit too though, so the further back you pull the front of the hair, the more sunk in the forehead that side of the bangs get. Might be able to fix w/ a dformer or weight mapping, but I've never used this style with this hair so I've never tried it.

Can also take a look at Eternal Krya by Fabiana over at Rendo. One of the best banged truly smooth hairs i've found.
