Need more practical female clothing.

I've noticed in the fantasy or apocalyptic style clothing for females, everything comes with a "panty" instead of pants or other practical bottoms. Who goes into battle in a medieval or apocalyptic setting in their underwear? Even the everyday clothing is geared more toward flashy and sexy. It's hard to find plain, ordinary clothing for women.

Vendor DogZ makes practical clothing for women, but the selection is limited.

Here are some that might work for you.

    Post-Apocalyptic

       Rough Rider for G3F

       Apocalyptica

       Nomad for G3M and G3F

Urban Survivors HD for G2M and G2F

Luthbel in particular has a bunch of clothing items that aren't all about showing off skin.

    Fantasy

       Ranger Outfit for G2F

       Shieldmaiden for G2F

At the same time, is it practical to expect that every battle is planned for in advance? I mean, it honestly doesn't make sense, to me, for people not directly on guard duty in a camp to be in full armor when not expecting a battle. The same is true in a post apocalyptic setting; a sudden attack on the camp shouldn't have every female clad in fully protective garments, and at later points after, full garments would be the exception, rather than the norm.

Expecting gnats and midges would be enough to discourage a lot of the outfits being regarded as impractical.

True, but you need to consider availability of materials to make clothing and shelters amd prioritize which is most important in such a scenario.

It is reasonable to expect that most people will be fully clothed (though not in fully protective garments) most of the time. By the standards of most societies, most of the "outfits" we complain about do not qualify.

I agree, for perhaps the first decade or so after a disaster so widespread that governments cannot cope with the scale to the point they collapse.
