Shirt/Jacket which opens at one side only

For a piece I was working on recently, I needed a figure of a mother feeding her baby. As this scene was based inthe UK, this meant that I needed a top for the mother, which could be opened at one side to uncover the breast from which the baby was feeding, yet remained closed on the other side to cover the other breast. After having trawled through all the clothing in my library, the only garment I could find with this feature was the shirt from Mada's Town and Country set for Genesis. 

While the end result for this was acceptable, it is not the most feminine of outfits (see attached sketch). As such, this severly limits the ability to produce this sort of image. 

Are there any other garments, which could be used in this way?

If you don't come right, you could always add a shader, or edit the UV map to give the top a more feminine texture.
