Looking for poses or animation for Running in High Heels for G3F.
I am planning a comic book scene where a woman has to run in her work clothes that includes heels.
There are Youtube videos for reference with the search term "run in heels" or "running in high heels."
I'd be happy to get some screen grabs to someone for reference.

Probably because very few women are stupid enough to do it; it does take real skill, and bravery.
Dallas Bryce Howard managed to do it in Jurassic World, running in heels, and then Chris Pratt attempted it during the publicity tour. No easy task that's for sure.

Joanna Lumley did it in several episodes of the New Avengers, including scaling a chain-link fence.
Defintely not normal, and a good way to break an ankle.
I hear all the time how hard it is to run in heels and I'm confused.
I've not tried it as my girlfriend might think something's up but, when I run it's usually on my toes. Other than my toes, my foot doesn't touch the ground and I would imagine walking and even running in heels would be much the same.
But on the other hand

Posted by someone who wrenched a knee running for a bus back in her teenage years and had to give up playing field hockey because of the damage. Caused what my Doc called Aggravated Arthritus
It's horrible. It damages the tendons and instead of the very big calf muscles doing the work they were designed to do all the work is shifted to the scrawny and mostly absent muscles of the ankles, shins, and feet. Instead tendons are asked to handle the load of a professional ballet dancer everyday and with none of the training or extra strength of the surrounding support muscles. One shouldn't be forced to witness a person walking with highheels as they must spend there time worrying that the person doesn't hurt themselves the entire time they are in view. It's abuse really.
Maybe someone could do a bundle: Running in heels poses, ambulance, plaster cast, crutches...
Ironically, almost everything you mentioned is available right here in the DAZ store! (Except for the ambulance; I had to go to Renderosity to find that!)
Hopefully a quick visit here at some point too.
Heheh. Maybe I should put that on my build list. I'm already working on the paramedic and patient poses.
