How do I find a specific object to remove in scene with many objects?

Good day,
Are there a way in Bryce to toggle through objects to get to a specific one to delete it? Or are there other ways also? The wireframe make it also difficult to reach the object even in top view. Unfortunately all the objects begin with the same name, i.e. amethyst hill_mesh717_146, or amethyst hill_mesh41_30, etc. It would have been easier if it has names such as window 1, window 2, door 1, door 2 and whatever objects in the scene. This particular scene is a small town with many objects.
Thank you for any advice,
Regards

Yes, use the Tab key.
Stuart, thank you! Wow, as easy as that ... nice to know shortcuts. Are there perhaps a full list with all the various shortcuts in Bryce? Someone also give me a shortcut to use to copy/paste when dropdown menu copy doesn't work, i.e cntr-d which is very nice!
Horo has a pdf on his site https://horo.ch/docs/mine/pdf/BryceKybdShorties.pdf
