Is it possible to lower the clothes?

Good morning, I would like to make sure that the clothing is lowered onto the character's body. For example, a top with straps, and make the straps fall so that the top is below the chest. Or pull pants down below the buttocks. Is this possible?

Yes, but the difficulty varies. Some clothing items will have built in morphs to do that automatically. For those that don't, it's trickier. DFormer is a built-in Daz tool that will allow you to create morphs that do what you are asking and you can find tutorial videos on how to use it. Mesh Grabber is an add-on tool that can do similar things. Finally, you can export the item to something like Blender or Hexagon to produce the required morphs and then import it back into Daz. There are videos on the web that show all of these methods. Expect to spend some time learning to use the various tools, though.
In addition to stripe's suggestions, there's also the FIt Control add-on which adds much of the functions you're looking for, though the results will vary, so you may need to break out the d-formers or mesh grabber to clean it up, and some items will just break or just not work right at all, due to kind of bad rigging.
another option is to fit the item to fhe figure, so the morphs in use get transferred, unfit the item, then move the various joints around to get the rough position you want.
It's not a perfect solution, but it can get the job done in many cases.
you can sometimes tweak the y position of the item in the parameters. for example:
select the hip of the clothing item
go to the y trans* dial in the parameters
adjust the value up or down
slight values can make a difference but larger values may produce unexpected results.
