how hide a figure?

Google says. "To make a figure invisible in the Daz Studio viewport, select the figure you want to hide, then in the parameters panel, locate the "Geometry Visibility" option and set it to "Hide Selected Polygons"; this will effectively make the selected figure disappear from view within the scene."

BUT I cannot find Geometry Visibility nor the Hide Selected Polygons command to make this happen

'Hide Selected Polygins' is a submenu from the Geometry Editor.

If you want to hide a character, you can click the eye icon in the scene tab. Or Ctrl click if you want to hide the character and all parented to the character.

Else there is Parameter > Display > Visible.

What are you trying to do?

That sounds like an AI reply garbling two areas, which is why I largely ignore AI. As felis says, it's the Visible button you want - or click the eye icon next to the figure in the Scen pane (or ctrl-click to hide any child items, like brows or clothes, too) (oops, just noticed felis said this too).

Just to support this answer here is how you do it. OT. By the way @felis. You helped me a while back (S-Curve) and I sent you a gift card. Did you get it?
