I can't modify head on Genesis 2

I'm having a bad time trying to modify Genesis 2 shapes, especially HEAD! dude! why i can't modify the shapes of the head? what is the fun on that?????? you have to download content to create a character? which i try and guess what? I FAILD!
As soon as i install Michael 5, what's pops up??? ¡'GENESIS IS NOT INSTALLED!
SERIOUS??????????? I can't just modify the shape of the head, BUT I CAN'T INSTALL MODIFICATIONS??? What is wrong with your softwarE???? or with genesis?????

Did you install Genesis Starter Essentials?

How were they installed? Were Michael 5 and Genesis Starter Essentials installed the same way? Does the base Genesis load?
