"Now Showing" Marquee-Style Poster

Hey all, I'm looking for a lit-up "Now Showing" style poster...something like this:

I've tried several searches; none of the theater sets seem to have this lit-up style of new release frame but the functionality of searches here is kinda spotty so maybe something like it is out there and I just haven't found it.

Any help will be heartily appreciated!

This set has your lights - https://www.daz3d.com/marquee-letters - It does have a stand alone bulb prop with a round frame at its base so it can be mounted to any surface

As for the frame, just find one that works for you or make you own in another 3D app.

Maybe you can edit the materials and the geometry contained in a few of the signs on this set:
