Disabled keyboard short cuts

So none of my keyboard short cuts are working right now such as restoring figures and their features to "zero setting" or "base setting". What could be the cause?

Are thy listed next to the commans in menus? If not go to Window>Workspace>Customise, click Import, then Actions, and select the layout you use
