WHERE IS SIDHIEL FOR SYLVIA 9 ?

Hey everybody,
Firstly all the best of the best for this new year !
I've a small problem :
I'm a premium member and as always, I've purchased my monthly free Character bundle with the coupon.
I chose Sylvia 9HD bundle.
If you go to this item page (https://www.daz3d.com/sylvia-9-hd-character-bundle) you will see that there's a very interesting bonus for Premium with this pack : Sidhiel for Sylvia 9 (see attached photo).
The problem is : where is she ?
She's not listed in the downloadable items neither in my account download, nor in DIM...
Do you guys know what I missed and where to go to bring this wonderful Elven Lady back home ?^^

Premier-exclusive items can only be downloaded via Daz Connect (ie from the Install tab in DS)

She should be visible in your Product Library but you can only download her shape following Leana's advice:

hats a bummer really, as I only use DIM for downloading. I never log in with DS. When you do log in, does DS immediately try to DL or update everything?
No. It needs to update metadata to show the add-on shapes, but it doesn't download products or product updates unless you tell it to.
