Why when I load Genesis 9 does FPD Alex load at 1.0

Just what the title says if I load a Genesis 9 figure FPD Alex is there at 1.0 ,how do I get rid of FPD Alex from the base G9? can I do it or do I ned to create a ticket for it ?

    You can do it yourself - go into the properties of the controllers, set their default value to 0, then use Save As -> Support Asset -> Save Modified Assets to save them out with this new value.

    However, you should still put in a ticket so it gets fixed for everyone.

    Actually I put in a ticket in the early fall. I was told it was in the queue, but nothing has happened in the last four months.

    Well that sucks ,so it's good to know how to fix it .
