Please Explain This New Goals Sale

When they say "or choose Unlimited "Still Gold” items for $5.49 each* when you include 2 or more "New Goals" New Releases", to me this means all the Still Gold items I put into my cart should ne $5.49 each as long as I have at least 2 New Goals items in my cart.

Isn't this correct?

Yet, I DO HAVE 2 New Goals items in my cart - Winter Forest and M3D Cyber Breaker Outfit for Genesis 9 - and 3 Still Gold items in my cart. Yet 2 of the Still Gold items - SY Tied Up! 3 Genesis 9 and Cottage Garden Flowers Vol 3 - Persicaria come up as $6.99 and 1 - The Look Fairy Shaping Kit for Genesis 9 Feminine - comes up as $5.49 each.

This doesn't seem right accprding to what I am seeing in the ad, Or, is it just me not understanding it correctly?
