Dimension Theory: Dawnlands Render difficulties

HI, I hope someone has some input on this. I purchased Dawnlands terrain by Dimension Theory. Looks great, but when I go to render, it opens a "save as" window and then renders in timeline as an animation. I want to render it as a "normal" single image but can't figure out how. This is the only product that I have that does this and it is extremely frustrating. Any solutions would be very appreciated. Thank you!

    I don't have it.

    The product doesn't mention anything about animation.

    If you go to Render Settings > General, what does it then say in 'Render Type'?

    Yes, theya re set to render an image series - just set the Render Type to still Image and select the frame you wnt using the Timline.
