Peope commanding other people:
Pointing poses - At torso level, the classic 'finger gun', the straight-arm 'do it now!!' point, the elevated 'look! up in the sky!' point. The arm bent 'no, /that/ way!' point
The feminine 'you, no, you' point, the feminine wrist rotated upwards point
The masculine 'get out of my face' point into the face/chest.
Empahtic 'ja'ccuse!!' pointing, body forward
"Eureka!' pose, finger pointing up, arm bent
Hand up in the 'Halt!' position - single hand, both hands; to the side and to the front

If no specific "pointing pose set" materialises then you can get some of those from the following:
You can always save out just the hand and fingers part of a pose, and save it for future use, and then add that to any other full body pose that might be appropriate. Here is another Z pose set, and the finger pointing looks very similar to the finger pointing shown in the pose set Sofacitizen mentioned. The point is you can always take one part of a pose and add it to another pose thus making it work for what you need to convey.

You can also select the hand, or an arm, bone (wherever yoiu want to start the pose), then hold down cmd/ctrl while double-clicking a preset to get the options dialogue - select Nodes to Selected and Propagation to recursive to apply the pose to the hand/arm while leaving the rest of the figure untouched (or selct a bunch of bones and have no propagation if, for example, you want to keep some fingers as they are).
