I suddenly relized when I got the email for the new weekly freebie that I forgot to pick up last week's. I'd planned to get it when I checked out with something else, but didn't end up buying anything.
And then I realized I couldn't remembe what it was. Went back and looked... oh, more sci-fi, and hot tubs to boot.
No loss.
And this week is.... another sci-fi coridor. Deciding whether to bother. I'm thinking probably not. I already have more free sci-fi coridors than I know what to do with.
Considering they're part of the purchase price of membership, and not true freebies like the advertised-weekly-but-actually-biweekly offerings... frankly, I think we deserve better. I don't expect everything to be to my tastes, but "oh look, another hallway", "oh look another pool/hot tub" is kind of pathetic when they advertise it as a benefit for signing up. Can they truly think of nothing more interesting?

Yeah... Of course, I add everything that's free into my library, but I think I rarely, if ever, used any of them... But many are sci-fi, and I rarely do this... For people into that, they're probably awesome.
Talking 'bout genres, I know it will be useful for many people, and I'm far from wishing things like this didn't exist, but those "Organic Intelligence shaders" gimme the creeps... I just can't avoid the feeling...
Agree on all counts. The WL sales also seem to happen when my disposable income is low. Like now. I am nonetheless considering grabbing 1 or 2 of my least expensive WL items for an under $10 cart.

Yeah. Kinda because I think it was the intention, right? If I one day do some horror scene, I'll probably get 'em, because they produce the intended effect. By the time I posted here, it was some kinda joke, but, when I first saw them, they surely gave me some uncanny feelings.
Mission toootally accomplished. I lost the ability to enjoy horror once I had kids, so it's not something I'd ever be able to use. But you absolutely hit the mark, and I hope they get all the creepy love they deserve. Well done.

So, that strategy of saving the bundle coupon for the end of the month kinda backfired hard. First, some promo for extra bundles available for a limited time that as far as I see in the forums was only officially announced on facebook. That's over now. And the new bundle isn't eligible. Means I'm down to bundles of characters I already bought the pro bundles for (or a couple I genuinely don't give a chuck about). Slow clap.

What do you mean the new bundle isn't eligible? It says it is. And I'm not even premier and I saw the banner here that talked about the extra choice of bundles for several days in a row!

I puchased Premier a couple of days ago when I notced there were lots of character bundles and a few new ones I wanted in the list of Premier Freebees.
Today when I went to redeem the list has been cut by about two thirds with Koa, Kai, Matteo, Ashley etc.. vanishing,
I can only assume it's a glitch seeing as Lucus also is not in the list.

i dont see lucas in the list of free bundles for Permier.
The new bundles revolving around Lucas overlap. You can get the clothing bundle, or the add-on and lucas 9 bundle, each of which have some of the clothing items. Even with my 8 tokens the bundle price is too high @ $25.
These clothes remind me of school clothes mothers would buy, convinced that they were perfectly fine, incognizant that we would NEVER wear them.
The premier free character coupon is now working on the Lucas 9 character bundle. However, when both the character bundle and the add-on bundle are in the cart together, using the coupon causes the price of the the add-on bundle to increase significantly. Kind of negates the value of the coupon.
Funny, it reminds me of what's in my closet. That I bought. For myself. And wear on the regular.

The 20% LUCAS-DEBUT is not working for me, tried 3 items in my wishlist, then tried it on a random store item with no discounts. Neither worked.
I haven't spent any money yet this year, so I suspect they're trying to lure me back.
These look a heck of a lot better than the parka outfit. These shirts have a decent collar. The pants have a fly and hems and stitching. The promos show that the pants have a waistband and belt loops.The shoes have details. The hoodie has a visible zipper. The T-shirt with the stretched out neck and floppy sleeves looks a little sad, though.
The parka outfit looks like the artist spent time on the parka and added some throw away pants and shoes. There aren't any promo images that show what the individual items look like. Do those pants have a waistband? Who knows. The promos even show bad poke through between the parka sweater and the shirt underneath. If the promos show poke through, it makes me worry about how it will behave for me as a user.
Disclaimer - I don't own any of this (yet?) so I am evaluating only based on what we are shown in the store.

Oh yikes. I admit I clicked the parka outfit but didn't look beyond the fact that it doesn't zip shut.
Is this a regional thing? Because where I live, if you've gotten to the point of getting out the parka, the temperature's generally in the negative double digits and there's a windchill and you're going to want that thing closed.
