This hair from Propschick is great but I'm in love with the Promo Pic's character... Whoever she is.

Anyone got any ideas?

    She looks like Amelia 9 with some morphs.  Specifically to make her look younger.

    I don't own the figure, so I can't be 100% certain, but I suspect there is a fair bit of Amelia 9 in that character.

    I've seen morphs for aging a character older but not younger.....

    There's Growing Up for G9 that will make characters look younger. There are also teen morphs for other figures that will likely work.
