I want to make like a very dark room, but there's light coming from window through the blinds and the light fall onto the face and the body.
Everytime I create an external light, it will always make the room bright, instead of just sharp light and shadow fall onto the face and body.

Scene Only, with a Distant Light outside, it should be easy to make what you want. Remember to disable any interior light source if there's any.

I can't replicate it.
The result still the same like any other light.

(I'm using cutway plane to cut the wall)

If you add a Iray section plane, Iray will see the wall as not being there and therefor light the whoel interior and the whole figure.
If you can't get the camera inside the building, you need to cut away in a place where the light won't shine through.
It's a cut away and light is clipped.

Ok I managed to get the strip.
I just need to close the blind more.
but still the room looks too bright... hemm is it because the room is reflective ?
How to make the material absorb the light more, like musou black paint?
Or is it beacuse it's a small room?
or select the plane and enable Clip Lights in the parameters pane, which will cause the plane to make the clipper areas invisible to the camera but still visible, and obstructive, to light.
Try a Spotlight shining in the window. I did this quick render, you can also see her reflection in the glass.

Maybe playing with Tone Mapping if the rest of the lightning is up to what you want can get you the result you're seeking ?
Yep, tweaking the blind is one of the tricks. Now it looks better but if you want a more darker interior, there're a couple of quick ways you may try:
1) Reduce the Lumen of the exterior light(s) a bit
2) Select the surfaces of the walls in that room, in Surfaces pane, crank up Diffuse Roughness, and/or give a light grey color to Base Color slot.
3) In Tone Mapping, crank up Crush Blacks
Then you may see the expected effect instantly ~~
Edit: Pls be noted that what you see in Viewport with Iray Preview is usually brighter than whant you get in the final render, so better tweak the settings a bit conservatively ~~ Besides, post-work can also be a good alternative.
