shorts too large?

Got michael 9 hd in a new shape, trying to clothe him, picked these basketball shorts and they SEEM to fit, but too big in waist. How I get them to conform better?

    Are you sure you selected the figure before loading the shorts?

    well, reasonably sure. i tried to redo it, but can't find the BJ shorta in library and don't know to select them separate from his body...?

    Suggest you double check your process again ~~

    1st screenshot shows the case of loading the shorts without selecting G8M, i.e. not fitted... 2nd screenshot shows the case of selecting G8M before loading the shorts, which is correct.

    yas, you got it. took me a while but i deleted the badly worn shorts and reinstalled them, and perfect fit. ready to move on now. thanks a bunch, crosswind!
