LAMH 2 Iray Catalyzer

Has anyone else had trouble finding their Iray Catalyzer? I haven't used it since I switched to Premier, and it's not in my installed plugins. It's not showing up in Install Manager, and my product library is only giving me a manual download/install option. Manual install has not worked. If anybody could point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful.

    In my product library I have manual and DIM.

    Assuming you previously have installed it, and if with DIM, what do you find if you in DIM search for catalyzer

  • @felis,

    Thank you for taking the time to reply. Below is a screenshot of my product library screen. Basically, it's giving me the option to download the user manual through DIM, but not the actual product.

    There must have happened an error with the product. I have it installed with DIM, and it would be really weird if it is available for manual download and not DIM.

    You can raise a ticket to Daz, so they can make it available for DIM. Though that make take some time.

    Have you looked in DIM? I assume you previously have it installed with DIM. And if so, are you saving the zip files after installation? I don't know if DIM can reinstall a product without the zip file, but I would doubt it.

    It looks like that in my product library, too. But I still have the product showing as installed in the window>panes menu and in the help>about installed plugins section.

  • @felis,

    Thanks again for trying to help. I may have to submit a ticket on this.

    @butterflyfish,

    Thanks for taking the time to comment. Mine isn't showing up in panes or the installed plugins. We'll see what the Daz techs can do.
