Hi all,

season greetings. I've pruchased [InStyle - The Night Before Christmas dforce outfit for Genesis 8 & 8.1 Females] the above product, howeve when attempting to use it both manually and via installer the below error appears.

On the page, there are no additinal requirements when purchasing the item.

The package consist of no data folder only people and runtime

The InStyle products are all texture sets for other models, in this case one sold on another site (or possibly no longer available). If you do not want to or cannot purchase the base item then you should open a Sales support ticket to request a refund.
