Getting my old installation of daz studio to work

I'm launching my daz studio installation after a couple of years, when I try to login, I get this:

Is there any way to just re-install postgreeSQL and avoid installing the whole thing from scratch?
If not, where can I find the daz studio installers? Since I only use daz connect to download my content, I don't want to install daz manager.
