fit pants to shaped figure?

1.  have made some figures, and reshaped them to make them "younger" in time machine. This one figure, basicallh Fabrica, is good for my needs. but when I dressed him in cargo pants, thehy are too long, because i shortened him a bit. Is there a way to alter their fit?

2. another figure is based on michael 9 hd, and again it works fine, BUT he shows signs at "age" of 15, of having beard stubble! How may I clear that from his face?

3. also, i could not find a skin color option for the one based on Michael, altho I found skin olor for Fabrica. want the other guy to look tanned..
