My HDRI isn't working. Can anyone see why?

I'm pretty sure I have the settings right but no matter what I do, it's just WHITE out there. I've tried multiple HDRI's and monkied with the settings but to no avail. Can anyone tell what I'm doing wrong?

    Is that a final render or a preview? What happens if you lower the exposure? Is there a modelled sphere (skydome tec.) wrapped around the scene?

    One other possible cause is having a white backdrop set (under the Environment tab).

    That's funny lol. I read Richard's response and I really didn't know how to respond because I don't know what those things are but it doesn't mean I didn't mess them up somehow. Then I saw I saw Algovincian's response and yup! That was it! Last time I used that scene, I did put up a picture of the Vegas strip in the Env for a few pictures. I'm glad it was the easier fix of the two! But thank you both for thinking about it and helping me out!
