Daily Holiday Freebie - Kindred Arts (Solved)

The promotion of today’s Holiday Freebie by Kindred Arts states Plus get an extra 20% off KindredArts, but after having “bought” the freebie, no extra 20% discount is applied to a non-New Release KindredArts item when I place it in my cart.  Has anyone else experienced this and/or know a way forward?  Thanks.

    I believe the base discount is 50%, so an extra 20% would make it 60% off to start, which is what I see in the store. It is unconditional, no need to buy the freebie.

    ETA: Not ALL items, some are just 20%, DO's are 44% (or 72% for those on sale)
