My order status was removed? [SOLVED]

EDIT2: Thanks to Wendy's suggestion, I had forgotten to uninstall the product once I refunded it as it still has my old install date unchanged from the date of my original purchase!
I went to the Vellus Horizon 2.0 for Genesis 9 product page and saw that there wasn't any purchased tag, so I bought it, I noticed that DIM didn't have it listed as downloadable, but when I checked my installed files, lo and behold, there it was!
I installed it in 2023 by the way...
DAZ please fix the pages...
EDIT: I did some digging and it did not show up because my order status was removed!?
Writing a ticket as we speak...

Nope, as I have only one account for here...
My best guess is that because the order was removed, it did not show up on the store page...
did you return it and forget to delete it?
Did you receive a refund for your payment? If not, you need to file a CS helpdesk ticket.
Yep, that's one of the first things that I did, so I'll wait a bit 'til my store credit comes through, but yeah, I still find it curious that my order was removed, maybe that was the only way they could have offered the refund back then...

I did not think of that, despite me always making a point to uninstall/delete returned items, but yes, that may just be the case as my memory is pretty **excremental nowadays, so I'll make sure to mention that when DAZ contacts me about the ticket, thanks for jump-starting my brain a bit, it was most definitely needed!

I checked a bundle some time ago to see if I owned any products in it, the store said no to them all, but after purchasing it I discovered that I already had purchased two of the items. I then read that the store had a problem with sometimes not showing the Purchased button before you refreshed the product page, maybe that hasn't been fixed or has reappeared?
That may be as well, although the order being removed would have the same effect I'll wager...
However, if it is a glitch in the system, then Daz needs to promptly fix this issue!

May as well use this post to mention that Wendy's right, I did forget to uninstall it as it still has my install date still intact along with the product currently residing in my installed tab within DIM!
Well the system works in a special way if you purchase an item that has been purchased before. With the bundle I mentioned the two items I'd already purchased remained on their original order pages, while the bundle was on a new order together with some other new items. AFAIR it works the same way with items re-purchased separately - they remain on the original order.
And, if the re-purchased item is the only one on the order, I imagine that it simply doesn't create a new order in that case. Check the item in your product library, you may see that the link to the order page goes to the original order.
EDIT: also, I returned that bundle partly because I owned the two items already, and these two items still remain on their original order pages.
I checked the old "removed" order page, selected the previously bought product and was directed to my current product page, yet the old purchase wasn't featured along with the details, unlike my recent purchase of the same product...
Thanks a lot for the insight this pretty much clears things up, save for the fact that it has the removed flag instead of refunded, which threw me off!
