Hair distortion caused by head size adjustment

When I use the "head propagating scale" slider, the change in the size of the character's head causes the character's hair to produce a very incongruous distortion. This problem is particularly serious in hair products with long hair and long bangs. Whenever I want to make the size of my head larger, the character's hair will stretch very unnaturally, making it impossible for me to use other hair products besides short hair. Is there any way to make the head size scale up proportionally without changing the shape of the hair, so that the overall head appears coordinated.

You didn't mention which hair you have problem with.

But it is the rigging of the hair. If the hair just get the body rigging, so for long hair it will have weights from the torso, so if you scale only the head, the hair around the head will enlarge, but the rest stay untuched.

Some PAs will give individual bones in long hair, and there will the problem not be.

And if it is a dForce hair, you can avoid it by usin timeline simulation and dial the head up during simulation.

Head Propogating Scale is just a scaling property which has no Auto Follow, and it's not propogated to other custom bones that are not under Head node. You can select the custom bones., then change their Scale value, e.g. if you dialed 30% in Head Propogating Scale, you change Scale value on the custom bones to 130%, see if it's improved.
