Is It Possible to Delete Content from Within DAZ Studio 4.9 Pro

My old content which has been deleted still shows up as broken icons. Is it possible to clean up this mess or even deleted these broken references one by one from within the program? Please advise?

    From the options menu (rectangle with horizontal lines in the upper corner) > Content DB Maintenance > Remove orphaned items

    Unfortunately, that essentially did nothing.

    Show up where exactly? There are a few places I can come up with; for example the 'package' section in your smart content browser. However; a "broken icon" doesn't always have to point to a broken / incomplete installation.

    The Smart Content Browser and in this case I've deleted the old runtimes so I KNOW the icons are all broken.
